Past & Present - Cringe!
Remember what it was like when you started? What work have you done that makes you cringe now?
Right after our first event, we were called by Pelangi FM for my first interview. I was thankful and super nervous given the unexpected recognition.
The overall interview went great. However, when I was questioned about our Di Hatimu interactive enamel pin, I lost confidence in an animation term I used to describe it and I stumbled on my words!
Whoever tuned in that day to listen to my interview, heard me struggle to remember the word haha! In case you were wondering, the term is called thaumatrope.
Do you have any advice for freelancers or those starting out in your creative field?
Comparing your work to others will only make you unhappy. You may feel that others are doing better than you, but their journey is different than yours. Spend your time in investing, creating, and caring for your own journey!
